PCSK9 Forum is pleased to welcome Dr Ference to the Editorial Board

Dr Ference is Associate Professor of Medicine; Clinical Chief of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine; Director of the Cardiovascular Genomic Research Center; and Chief of the Division of Translational Research and Clinical Epidemiology at the Wayne State University School of Medicine.

His research focuses on using common genetic polymorphisms (changes in DNA sequence) in Mendelian randomization studies (a type of natural randomized trial) to answer clinically relevant questions.
